Welcome

Hi there! My name is George and I work as a Psychologist, Therapist, and Coach. After successfully completing my MA on Psychology at the University of Edinburgh, I returned to Greece where I was additionally trained in Clinical Psychopathology and Evidence-based Coaching. I have worked in several mental health institutions, where I collaborated with people of all ages – both recreationally and therapeutically. I am now undergoing training in a 4-year programme on Person-centred and Focusing Counseling and Psychotherapy. I specialize in anxiety and depressive symptoms, personality and mood disorders, in issues of self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-confidence, as well as boundaries, relationships and communication. I also collaborate with those who wish to elevate their personal and professional lives. I work both with adults and teenagers.

My goal is not to judge, evaluate, or even advise, but to accompany your felt experience with empathy and unconditional positive regard. I firmly believe that every human being, with the right support and under the proper conditions, has the capacity to overcome their limiting beliefs, heal the traumatized relationship to their authentic selves, and unravel their true potential.
